With extended profiles you have the choice between several pre-made skill profiles.
These allow you to automatically level from skill 1 to max skill*.
Once booked, all extended profiles will be available for you to choose in-game.

Disabling the antivirus isn't the same as creating the exclusion.
Even if it worked on previous days, the antivirus "especially Windows defender"
will stay active and quarantine/remove any false-positive files that he encounters.
